At present, the company has three major production bases, which are located in Luqiao Industrial Zone, Huanghua City, Hebei Province, Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province, and Ordos Shengyuan Coal Chemical Industry Park, Inner Mongolia.

★ Luqiao production base is located in Luqiao Industrial Park, Huanghua City, Hebei Province, covering an area of more than 900 mu. The production capacity of the main production equipment includes: 600,000 tons/year high-temperature coal tar processing device, 50,000 tons/year washing oil deep processing device, 80,000 tons/year phthalic anhydride production device, and 100,000 tons/year environmentally friendly plasticizer production device. The main products are electrode binder pitch, phthalic anhydride, anthracene oil, plasticizer, industrial fluorene, industrial acenaphthylene, crude anthracene, etc.

★ Lingang Production Base is located in Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Huanghua City, Bohai New District, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It covers a total area of more than 1,300 mu, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. At present, three production lines of fine chemicals, including 1,000 tons of quinoline, 500 tons of 8-hydroxyquinoline and 1,200 tons of 9-fluorone, have been built, and a new project has been built for the deep processing of optical materials and environmentally friendly flame The company's products are widely used in medicine, agriculture, dyes, high-end optical resins and other industries. It is a demonstration base for deep processing of high-end fine chemical products of Xinnuo Lixing Group.

★ Ordos Production Base is located in Shengyuan Coal Chemical Industry Park, Ejin Horo Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia. It was established in 2019 with a planned total investment of about RMB 1.5 billion. It is a key investment attraction project of the People’s Government of Yi Jin Horo Banner. 10,000 tons/year medium-temperature coal tar deep processing device, and completed supporting 2×25MW waste heat power generation project.
