There are more than 600 sets of various instruments and equipment in the R&D center, with an original value of more than 30 million yuan, mainly including: glass reactors of various specifications, high-pressure reactors, rotary evaporators, vacuum pumps, rectification devices, vacuum ovens, plate and frame presses Filters, glove boxes, polymerization reactors, tube furnaces, fixed bed catalyst evaluation devices, etc.; at the same time, a continuous flow process development platform has been built, including Corning G1 microchannel reactors, pipeline reactors and supporting equipment; it is also equipped with Advanced analysis and detection instruments are installed to meet daily analysis and detection needs, including: Agilent gas chromatograph (3 sets), Shimadzu liquid chromatograph (2 sets), Metrohm potentiometric titrator, ammonia nitrogen detector, trace moisture determination instrument, Malvern particle size analyzer, colorimeter, melt index analyzer, gel permeation chromatography GPC, differential scanning calorimeter DSC, Agilent ICP-Mass7900, etc.
